Regarding product cancellation
We cannot accept any cancellations or exchanges due to customer convenience.
In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
We cannot accept exchanges or returns after 7 days from the date of delivery, so please check the condition of the product immediately after receiving it.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply.
